The Asian Review of Books is an on-line publication specialising not just in books published in Asia but also on international titles of particular interest to readers in Asia. The Review also provides access to selected reviews in leading international publications.Reviewers come from the community: professionals and others with expertise who can discuss books from the Asian point of view. Why are most of your reviews positive?
We don't think that people in Asia have much time to spend on reading about which books are not worth reading. There are so many new books coming out, we felt it was better to spend our time -- and yours -- on books that reviewers feel comfortable recommending, or at least find some merit in reading. Who can review for the Review?
