The following applies only to the Review's original content; for reviews accessed by linking to other publications, the original publication must be contacted for the relevant permissions.Although permission will be granted for any bona fide usage, permission must be explicitly granted. Our reviews may be reprinted at no charge in print publications as long as the source is credited and The Asian Review of Books is included. Reviews must be reprinted in their entirety unless editorial approval is sought. A copy/clipping of each review printed by be sent to the Review at fax +852/25073335 or by post to Suite 23A, Success Commercial Building, 245-251 Hennessy Rd., Hong Kong. On-line publications
Print publications with on-line version may use the Reviews in their on-line versions as well, subject to the same conditions above, except that a link must be included. Reviews may be included only in the current edition of the publication; permission must be sought before including them in the publication's archives. For other on-line uses, i.e. where the on-line publication is not the on-line version of a print publication in which the review is also appearing, content must be accessed by linking. Reviews must not be framed, nor must the content be trapped or modified in any way. |
